What better way is there to celebrate crawfish season than with its own festival? The fourth annual NOLA Crawfish Fest does just that. Presented by NOLA Crawfish King, the NOLA Crawfish Fest takes place April 29 - May 1 at Central City BBQ. Over 6,000 lbs. of crawfish will be boiled on the spot by the Crawfish King himself, Chris “Shaggy” Davis.
Using only the freshest seafood directly from the docks, NOLA Crawfish King caters a succulent seafood boil complete with corn, potatoes and all the fixings. Our specialty is crawfish, but we also offer SHRIMP and CRAB boils. NOLA Crawfish King brings a bona fide South Louisiana tradition and mouthwatering party you will not soon forget!
In addition to the boil itself, there will be several live music performances and competitions, including a crawfish cook-off and an eating competition. This year’s fest will feature a number of local musicians to jam out with as the boil begins. Attendees can expect performances from the NOLA Crawfish Allstars, Soul Brass Band, The Iceman Special, NCF Theory of Funk and more!
General admission and VIP tickets are available for each day of the festival as well as three-day passes. General admission tickets grant access to the fest and its performances valid for the day purchased. The Crawfish King Super VIP 3-Day pass includes unlimited crawfish, drinks and other New Orleans favorites, as well as VIP seating, entrance, event poster + shirt plus much more.
